In 2022, Bruno brought his energetic and ambitious spirit all the way from Brazil to join our team. Recognizing his potential, it was an easy decision to have him on board as a Sales Engineer. Bruno has since played a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities. He describes the flat organizational structure and positive mindset as his favorite things about B COOL.

BrunoSales Engineer

B COOLs journey began in 2002 when Palle founded the company. Over the years, he has worn various hats, from internal sales to service engineering and even as the CEO. Now focusing on technical service and sales, Palle leverages his creative and innovative mindset to drive success in these dynamic roles.

PalleTechnical Sales

Steffen is one of the newest additions to our team. He works with CO2 development, contributing to the further development of our CO2-based cooling system. Steffens tasks vary from rebuilding our test lab for testing new configurations or executing projects onboard vessels. Embracing ongoing education and professional challenges, Steffen is a valuable addition to our team.

SteffenR&D Project Manager

Having previously worked at sea, Ezedin made the transition to B COOL to delve into the world of refrigerants. His primary responsibility lies in handling inquiries from clients to fulfill their spare parts needs, but he also continuously participates in courses to expand his knowledge of various refrigerants. The social atmosphere and occasional matches of paddle are what he enjoys most at B COOL.

Søren juggles multiple roles at B COOL, including service sales, project management, website development and system implementation. He appreciates B COOL's swift decision-making and action-oriented culture, which he believes benefits both clients and the team.
